HelperXpress ("we", "us") connects families in Hong Kong with domestic helpers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo, provided when you sign up directly or through Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Profile information — details you add to your helper or employer profile, such as work experience, skills, languages, availability, household needs, and preferences.
• Usage information — interview requests, applications, decisions, and messages created while using the service.

How we use it

• To operate the service: matching helpers with employers, scheduling interviews, and displaying profiles.
• To protect privacy: helper names and contact details are anonymized to employers until an application or confirmed interview.
• To communicate service updates about your account, matches, and interviews.

Third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your basic profile (name, email, photo) from that provider through Firebase Authentication. We never receive your password, and we do not post to your accounts.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Profile details are shown to the other side of a potential match as described above. We use trusted processors (Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Airtable) to store and process data on our behalf.

Retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. Requests are honored within 30 days.
